Do I need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy?

Not at all. Many of the women I work with are functioning day-to-day but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or not quite like themselves. You don’t need to wait until things feel unmanageable—therapy can be a space to reflect, understand what’s going on, and feel more supported.

What kinds of difficulties do you help with?

I support women during pregnancy and early motherhood with a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including:

• Anxiety and constant worry
• Feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained
• Loss of confidence or identity after becoming a parent
• Difficulties bonding or connecting with your baby
• Adjusting to the transition into motherhood
• Processing difficult experiences related to fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

• Managing relationship difficulties

What happens in a first session?

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been going on for you, what you’d like support with, and what you’re hoping to get from therapy. You’re welcome to go at your own pace—there’s no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person. Some people come for a short period to focus on a specific difficulty, while others find it helpful to have longer-term support. We can think together about what feels right for you and review this as we go.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes, I offer both online and in-person sessions in London. Online sessions can be a flexible option, especially during pregnancy or with a young baby.

Can I bring my baby to sessions?

Yes, absolutely. You’re very welcome to have your baby with you during sessions if that feels helpful. Where you are working on your relationship with your baby, it is really important for them to be part of our work together.

What are your fees?

Sessions are £140 for 50 minutes. Payment is made via bank transfer, and details will be shared when booking.

Do you accept insurance (e.g. Bupa)?

I can offer sessions through insurers such as Bupa depending on your policy. Many clients also choose to self-fund, which allows for greater flexibility in the pace and focus of the work.

How do I get started?

You’re very welcome to get in touch via the contact form or email to arrange an initial consultation. We can briefly discuss what you’re looking for and find a time that works for you.
