Fees & Sessions
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and tailored to your individual needs, drawing on evidence-based psychological approaches.
I offer sessions online across the UK and in person at West Hill House, near Hampstead Heath in North London.
Sessions are available weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs and what feels most supportive.
Fee: £140 per session
Recognised provider for Aviva, WPA and AXA Private health insurance.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or debit/credit card.

I currently offer a limited number of appointments each week, with weekday daytime and selected evening availability.
